1) How to subscribe to Suntel My Rhythm Service?

First Register by clicking Register link and enter the Suntel phone number & put the verification code given by the system and click on the Register Button. Then your password will be sent to your phone confirming your subscription to Suntel My Rhythm Service.

2) How to login?

Enter the 10 digit Suntel phone number and enter the Password which was received by the SMS, and click on the Login Button.

3) How to change the Password?

Click on the Change password tab and confirm the new password.

4) What to do if the login Password is forgotten?

Click on the Forget Password link and enter the phone number and verification code. System will send you a new password again by SMS from which you can login again and can change if necessary.

5) How to listen to the tune previews?

Click on this button.

6) How to activate CRBT by Default Tune?

Go to My List Tab and under the My Default Tune, Click on Activate Button & Select the tune and click on Set Tune Button and Assign Button.

7) How to activate CRBT by CLI Tune?

Go to My List Tab, and under CLI Based Tunes, select the CLI tune No and click on Set Tune button and choose the tune and click on Set Tune and Assign Button.

8) How to change Default tune?

Click on My List Tab, under My Default Tune Section, click on Change Button and select the new Tune.

9) How to change CLI tune?

Click on My List Tab, choose the CLI tune and click on the Change Button and select the new CLI Tune.

10) How to add CLI numbers to the CLI Tune?

Click on My List Tab, and choose the CLI tune and click on Manage Numbers Button. And enter the CLI numbers and click on Assign Tune Button.

11) How to change CLI Number assigned to the CLI Tune?

Click on My List Tab, choose the CLI tune and click on the Manage Numbers Button & Select the CLI No assigned and click on Remove CLI Button. After that enter the new CLI number and click on Assign Button.

12) How to add CLI tunes?

Under My List Tab, you have 1 -9 CLI tunes. You can select the CLI tune Number and keep on adding with the Set Tune Button as shown below.

13) How to Remove CLI tune?

Select the CLI tune and Click on the Trash Icon.

14) How to remove Default tune only?

Go to My List Tab, and under the My Default Tune, Click on the Trash Icon as seen above.

15) How to deactivate CRBT Service temporarily?

Go to Mylist Tab, and Under My Rhythm Service, Click on Temp Deactivate Button as seen below

16) How to reactivate CRBT Service from temporarily de-active status

Go to My List Tab, and Under My Rhythm Service, Click on Activate Now Button and as shown above.

17) How to deactivate CRBT Service permanently?

Go to Mylist Tab, and Under My Rhythm Service, Click on Deactivate Button as shown above.
